    Yoga

    Cycle

    Barre

    Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a low-impact, full-body workout that improves posture, flexibility, and muscle tone.

  • Sculpt

    A dynamic fusion of yoga and strength training, Yoga Sculpt combines mindful movement with resistance exercises for a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • Pilates

    Pilates focuses on controlled movements, core strength, and alignment to improve flexibility, posture, and overall body tone through low-impact, full-body exercises.

  • Circuit

    Circuit workouts combine a series of strength, cardio, and functional exercises performed in rotation, keeping the intensity high for a full-body, efficient workout.

  • Kickboxing

    A high-intensity workout combining martial arts techniques with cardio exercises to improve strength, endurance, and coordination.
